I've had the pleasure of working with Ruwanthi for the last couple of years and during that time she has proven to always be creative, reliable and a wonderful team player. Her contribution to our team goes beyond the work she does. She is well liked and respected by her colleagues and plays an important role in maintaining the awesome culture we have in the Marketing team at WSO2.
Most impressively, Ru has shown a commitment to continuous learning and development and extending herself beyond her comfort zone, which to me is the hallmark of any great designer. She has always been a great team player and contributor and will be an asset to any company!
I look forward to seeing where your journey takes you Ru, you'll always have a place on any team of mine! All the best!

When I think of individuals who go the extra mile, Ru is one of the first people that come to mind. Her deep analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to perfection continues to grow and improve. One of the things I find most impressive about Ru is how she has progressed from being a designer to a thought leader, providing valuable guidance and input to her peers.

Ru would be an immensely valuable asset to any team, not only as a designer, but as someone who will thoroughly understand the market and audience, and commit to delivering accordingly.

Ruwanthi joined the WSO2 creative team as an intern, but within a few months she managed to learn most of the stuff including social media banners, email templates, web designing, giveaway designs, print media, etc. And now she is a key member of the creative team.
She is a fast learner, and always makes sure that her knowledge is up to date and also continuously learning new technologies. Without just designing, she collects stats and adjusts her designs accordingly. She is a very reliable team player and also helps the community by publishing her findings on her blog and other relevant journals. She is a valuable asset to any creative team.
